Terra Nichol Academy Of The Arts

This was a great school for our son's VPK! The outdoor play and learning, as well as the art education and experience has been great for his development. The teachers here are the best, and we'd highly recommend them for anyone looking for daycare or VPK in the area!

My child attended TNA in 2023 and 2024 with Alejandra and Tanya. TNA is an exceptional center for young minds. There is genuine care and interest in fostering a creative, trusting, and compassionate space for children. We only left due to a move, and still came back for summer camp the following year. I cannot say enough good about them, they changed how I view childcare and preschool.

Terra Nichol is a standout example of what a preschool should be. The staff is exceptionally kind, courteous, and professional. They are patient, gentle, and show incredible empathy toward the children. Their commitment to the Reggio Emilia philosophy is evident in everything they do. Children are encouraged to explore their extensive outdoor space, filled with both planned and passive activities, ensuring they are entertained, safe, and eager to return each day. My child sees their teachers as family. Calling them their best friends, asking if they can see them even on days off and our time away. Unlike other daycares and schools where my child was nervous, scared, and reluctant to let go of us, Terra Nichol has perfected the drop-off routine, creating a smooth transition each day. The emphasis on outdoor time and frequent handwashing between activities has kept my child healthy, with no illnesses coming home from school. Would I recommend Terra Nichol? Absolutely. I wholeheartedly believe that they have set a new standard for a modern preschool, placing the child's well-being at the center of everything they do.

It is a dream school for children, our daughter couldn't be happier! They have a daily rhythm which includes wonderful activities- a beautiful playscape, morning yoga and zumba, arts, science, gardens, tea, non-waste lunches, eco-friendly. Reggio Emilia approach. I can't say enough good things about it, even the enrollment pricing is very competitive. We are very lucky to live here and have TerraNichol Arts School in our community.
