Tendercare Childrens Center

The director is so rude. My daughter gets scratches when she gets home. They leave her in filthy diaper when we pick her up from the daycare Madison one of the people there are so rude. They are charging us $1000 for leaving because my fiancé had to go somewhere else for her job. They charge you over price if you leave, everyone is there not nice they’re Security system of no cameras. Lie about the injury lie about a lot of stuff. I do not recommend this Daycare at all. If Google allows me to do no stars, I would love to do that

I wish I could say that this was the perfect daycare with zero issues. But, that doesn't exist. What I can say is ANY issue big or small has been handled immediately, effecitvely, and beyond my expectations and never repeated. The staff and owner take their jobs very seriously and are honored to be trusted with other peoples children and they know what that trust means. I would 10/10 recommned every time. Some other reviews are talking about health issues, if they're not caught by the parent they get introduced into the facility that can only be prevented from parents. I know some mornings I only spend 10 minutes with my kids before dropping them off at 6am and have missed some key signs or they haven't popped up until later in the day. The staff monitors closely and communicates issues immediately to parents when health issues become a concern. All of my childrens needs have been met and accomodated with different health issues for both of my children, as well as some emotional issues that we were having. Again, each issue is addressed as if the staff is not only my kids' mama bear but mine as well, they fight for ME and my chidlren to make sure we are satisfied. Again, there are no perfect daycares but with good communication this one is as close as it can get. And they can't fix issues they are unaware of. I have also been apart of this facility for 3 years.

We have 3 children that attend Tendercare, the oldest being almost 8 and he started going there when he was 6 months old. We have nothing but positive things to say about the center. They have a caring owner with great friendly staff. Their pre-k program is excellent and the summer program for older kids is fun as they do different daily activities. They are able to pick our kids up from their elementary school. And do there best to accommodate our sometimes changing schedules. We love Tendercare and trust them completely with the care of our children.

Do not go to this daycare!!! They have very poor health practices. They consistently have lice sickness and other issues. They fail to tell other parents that there are health concerns in the building. They will always act if your kid is patient zero. Their staff is rude and will lie strait to your face about a situation you are concerned with.

I'm very disappointed in this daycare. Not only is/was hand foot mouth disease spreading im the daycare, I was not informed of it until my child started showing signs. Not only that the communication with billing is very difficult, my ICCP paperwork was lost by the daycare and now I'm being fined late fees and can't go to work because my child has been expelled for said late fees (tuition that was supposed to be covered by my iccp.) I'm very upset, because I'm the only one trying to do things right, and aren't working with me on this manner. I've been paying all my payments on time and to be treated like this is terrible. Maybe like only a few of the teachers are the only nice people there other times I feel like I'm unwelcome by their rudeness. I am by no means rich and the fact that i can't work or pay bills because of the unprofessionalism of this daycare may make me homeless. Definitely changing daycares next month.
