Tender Years

I absolutely love and highly recommend Tender Years Childcare! We previously came from another daycare, Play2Learn, and it was a scary and traumatic experience for both my little one and me. They mistreated her terribly, and it made trusting any other daycare difficult—until we found Tender Years. The staff is trusting, caring, and understanding of each child’s unique circumstances. My baby girl loves it here, and the owner is very involved, doing everything she can to make both the child and parent feel valued and important.

We LOVE Tender Years!! Ms. Judy and her staff are fantastic! Aside from our own family members, no one loves our kids as much as they do!! Our kids feel comfortable and safe there, and it makes life as a working parent so much easier. They care about our family and work tirelessly to make sure our kids are taken care of. I have no doubt Ms. Judy and her staff would do ANYTHING to keep our kids safe because I have seen it in action!! I'm so grateful for them!

Tender Years is amazing! We lucked out with finding them on our first daycare search. Our daughter was cared for by a private babysitter until she was 3. We found Tender Years because it was right down the street from our house. We went for a tour and Judy took such great care in showing us the building. I was very hesitant to send my daughter to a public daycare but Judy was so welcoming and she radiates the love she has for her job and for the children in the building! All of the teachers know all the children's names! They make you feel like your child is the most important one in the building. The cost of the day care is completely reasonable and you get way more then you pay for. They encourage the children to be individuals but keep them on a tight schedule to help balance the structure of everything. My daughter never took naps and they helped her to get on an amazing nap schedule again. I will be taking my daughter to Tender Years for as long as I need daycare and I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you to the Ladies and the staff members for making my life a little less stressful by knowing that my child is well taken care of when I can't be with my daughter.

My daughter has been here 6 months after spending her whole life in an at home daycare. I was nervous for the switch and expected the worst but I cannot say enough about this daycare! Ms Cheyenne teaches and guides the kids like I parent; tough, but loving! She is firm on rules and I appreciate it so much! As for the women up front, I could visit with them for hours! Jana is true to her core, but even when she's tired, she's friendly and outgoing! Judy is the director, and also happens to be my daughter's favorite person! Every morning, and afternoon, there are big hugs and laughter! My heart just glows with how happy, safe and loved my munchkin is at Tender Years!

We came to Tender Years after a glowing recommendation of Ms. Judy from our previous daycare director in Bountiful. My daughter has been attending Tender Years for 3 years and we could not love the wonderful staff more, or be more happy with the facility. My daughter loved the food prepared for breakfast, lunch (when she was a 1/2 day kinder), and dinner. When conflicts and issues come up with my daughter and other children I know I can talk to the staff about them and my concerns will be heard and we will come to a resolution. On top of all of that, they have an awesome summer camp program with magicians, puppet shows, reptile shows, water fun, and for the older children they also have field trips. If you need a child care provider I could not recommend this center enough.
