College For Tots

I love colledge for tots. I love the staff there and I love the manager and assistance manager. They are amazing with kids. I have experienced first hand on how amazing they are with the kids, and all the activities they do are like an extra reward for me as a parent. I so appreciate you guys for showing the kids kindness and enthusiasm, and i am grateful for that extra mile giving from management and staff to make things happen for the kids that have to go around my schedule. If I have anything bad to say about this place is that it is not closer to my home. But the extra 15 min drive there is sure worth it.

Ever time I went in always looked dirty. Teachers were always talking about being short handed. Water marks on the ceiling. We had issues with vacation time even though it was perfectly fine when we were enrolling are son. So after all that we removed are child. Finally trying to get tax paperwork stopped by yesterday and was told come back and get it after 11 but call first. So no one knows what is going on there except there assistant director. When I finally got a hold her about 1 I was told they are not going to convince someone who no longer goes there and they already filed all of 2015 paperwork away. And we will have to wait for there accountant to find the paper work. I their defences they say they gave my wife a receipt when we removed our child. I have nothing nice to say about the collage for tots in Clearfield. Empty promises sub standard care, and poor customer service. If you are thinking of putting your child there. Take a tour they will tell you they are remodeling. That's why it is messy.

If I could give a place negative 5 Stars that's exactly what I would do to this day care. The manager is very immature and unprofessional. She threatens pregnant women. I personally Witnessed while I was in the daycare for 30 minutes or more a child walked into the main front area wrapped in a thin blanket who then proceeded to say he saw rats where they were sleeping. The entire time we were in the daycare a baby was screaming in the room next to us and I watched as the employees proceeded to ignore the baby and gossip and doodle on paper around the counter instead of do there job. The manager here threatens her employees and pregnant mothers with false information. Do not ever work here unless you want falsified information and non payment for your hours worked. The daycare is sloppy and messy, the employees don't watch the children the way they are supposed to, that's why there are so many bad reviews on here. Please for the safety of your children and the safety of yourself legally do not bring your children here and do not ever work here.

This place is not safe for children. There were several times i arrived to drop off my son and there was no day care personnel watching the children that had been dropped off. Several times i waited with the other children for over 20 min until personnel came back from wherever they were. Multiple times there have been children under the age of 2 left unattended for periods of time in a crib. I noticed this repeatedly when picking up my son. There is rarely more than 2 personnel on duty. This in itself is a very big violation of federal day care policies. My son had recieved many injuries that they did not inform me of until i asked about it. One injury was serious and on his 1st day. They are quick to "be helpful" when you have issues making a payment or informing them that you are un-enrolling your child. They will then wait for months to pass before informing you via text message that your child is still enrolled and racking up a bill. All because you didn't provide in writing that he was unenrolled. They dont even send you a bill to remind you. This Daycare facility has become one of the worst daycares I have ever had my children at.

My husband and I love it here! My kids go to daycare here and are excited to go to "school" everyday. Even on my days off, they ask if they can go to "school." My kids are greeted with hugs and kisses and when I pick them up, they tell me they've had a great day and what they learned in preschool. They do art projects and learning activities everyday and then their work gets hung up for all to see. My kids make it a point to show me their work - they're so proud. My kids have been going here for almost a year now and we just couldn't be happier!
