I walk in, Nobody says “hey” not a “how are you”, The staff are very, very rude! the girls who work there are dressed in Nike pro shorts, and long shirts that cover their butts, Looking like they have no pants on… I worked in a daycare called Kinder care for over a year, And I personally know how a parent should feel welcomed when walking in those doors, and how dress codes are important. I personally wouldn’t recommend this daycare to anyone… That’s just my opinion tho!

The staff and quality of care for my child has been outstanding. The teachers do a great job of communicating daily. They track the meals, bathroom breaks, naps and activities. These are posted to their app for you to review. An added bonus is photos of my child doing different activities throughout the day. This is by far the be set daycare experience I’ve had In Bowling Green.

My son started daycare at this facility in April. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff there. It’s always so welcoming when you walk in, organized with who’s kids goes home with who and most importantly the kids including my child all seem very happy. Seeing the teachers interaction with my child and the other children there makes my mommas heart worry less about me not being with him.

If I could give 0 stars for this daycare, I would. This daycare director and staff were somehow even less helpful than Smart Start—which says a lot. One good thing is they made the kids wash their hands, which seemed to help cut down on sickness. In CONS: the director ,specifically, was very judgmental and overreacted to typical 3 year old behaviors. The director, “Pastor Bonnie”, and staff shamed me as a parent and insisted that a 3 year old behaviors (like not wanting to clean up or having a tantrum) were abnormal and alleged there was something wrong with my child. Pastor Bonnie then told me my 3 year old was unable to “self regulate” and they were not equipped to deal with that—as if children are born with this ability. This daycare showed us zero support for his emotional growth, but rather, held us emotionally hostage for 6 months threatening to discharge him for behaviors like not napping to their liking or picky eating. I couldn’t say less good things about a daycare center. If you expect your child to be supported and to grow while attending daycare here, you will be sorely disappointed. If you thrive on shame, overreaction and negative feedback, however, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Don’t walk, RUN, from this establishment who hides under the guise of Christianity.

so far all of my daughters staff have been amazing she seems to enjoy them and also does get xcited to go each day. Even tho her normal staff are great with her during pick up one evening the staff filling in whom I'd not yet met Ms Gracie met me at the door and ask me for my ID before allowing me to leave with my child I had never been ask that before after showing it to her I ask her how she had knew It was ok for me to pick her up vs anyone else and to my surprise sitting right next to my child's items to be sent home she had the info already out an still open to the pick up list and had clearly read over it. Not all staff take the time and actually read each child's information the way she did. It can be difficult to go thru each child's documents to know this when there are multiple children to see to. I was very impressed... She went above an beyond. It's good to know that my sweet baby won't be leaving with just anyone.. Thank you again Gracie along with the other staff that she works with you ladies are great.
