Temple Kol Ami -Emanu-El

My wife Harriet and I now live in Chicago. We were members of Kol Ami for 10 years before moving to be with our kids, grandkids and 2 great-grandchildren in Buffalo Grove, IL. We have watched Kol Ami services, on-line for the last 4 years. This years High Holiday services were the finest we can remember. We left Plantation just as Rabbi Romano came to FL, and want to congratulate him, Rabbi/Cantor Goldman, Board, Staff, and Congregation for giving us the opportunity to be able to watch the beautiful services. TKAE one of the friendliest and dynamic congregations in SoFlo. If you want friendly staff, members, and, clergy here is where you belong! We have been to dozens of different synagogues no particular denomination across the SWBroward area. We were invited to come here after Covid looking for a space for our synagogue upon attending for the first year we discovered our home away from home, warm, friendly, and caring! We came to our first service on Rabbi Uri’s first Shabbat service it more than meets our needs! Classes, services, warm, dynamic and welcoming; great professional staff and clergy…here is where you need to be, too! Come and see for yourself!

I have been a member of Temple Kol Ami Emanuel for more than 2 years! This synagogue is spectacular! The building was fully renovated and looks amazing! The clergy (Rabbi Uriel Romano y Rabbi/Cantor Mark Goldman) are the best! The musical team is incredible talented and the congregation is so nice and friendly! At TKAE they offer activities for adults and also kids of all ages, per example they have shabbat services just for children! After each Shabbat service there is a delicious dinner served for all the congregants! Also this Temple has activities all the week and weekends for adults, teens and kids, including a jewish school for children on sundays. Every jewish holiday you'll have a special community service and an amazing celebration. I totally recommend Temple Kol Ami Emanuel of Plantation to everyone!

Temple Kol Ami is so welcoming. They have created a warm environment where everyone is treated like family. The early childhood program is the best in the area. My kids are learning so much every day from incredible teachers. They love my kids and treat them as as if they were their own. The facility is clean and safe- beautiful place to send your kids each day. Highly recommend.

5 stars isn’t enough! Temple Kol Ami is home! My kids are thriving at the Early Childhood center and my family belongs to the GREATEST community there. We love everything about TKAE!
