Temple Dor Dorim has been such a surprise blessing to my family. We started out as many young couples do at the Early Childhood Center ("ECC") for daycare and slowly started attending some temple events with our son. In doing so, we found a friendly, diverse, and inclusive group of reform Jewish families that made my wife (Jewish) and me (raised Catholic) immediately feel welcomed. It has been amazing to watch the transformation of our son into a smart, confident, and kind young man and we owe that, in large part, to the wonderful teachers and staff at the ECC and Temple. Rabbi Zive brings his excitement and passion to temple activities and Shabbat services and makes sure that the Temple has something for everybody.
Very nice services. The building is versatile too. It's capable of hosting receptions. I've attended multiple Bar and Bat Mitzvahs there and am not a member of the congregation. The rabbi seems to be very dedicated, although he can't quite grow that beard in. The kids and families seem to really like him. The cantor is fun and plays the guitar.
Excellent Early Childhood Center!! The teachers are warm and caring. The staff is approachable and eager to help. I love that they have a curriculum, so it's not just a day care. My child learns something new every day. Could not be happier.

The caterer, Scott Kushner, is one of the most professional yet personal caterers you'll ever have the privilege of working with. His attention to detail will guide you through the perfect plans for that very important day. When the day does come, you'll be met with a generous helping of food served by a staff that really seem to enjoy what they do. They are pleasant and upbeat and always asking you if there is more they can do for you. Of course that service style comes from the top down and was very well appreciated and noticed at my son's recent wedding there. Thank you Scott, Christian and your entire team. You really rocked it for us!
I had always thought going back to work when my baby was 3 months old would be challenging, and that leaving him in the care of people he doesn't know would be difficult. On the contrary, the teachers and staff of the Nest at Temple Dor Dorim's Early Childhood Center made this transition easier than I could have possibly imagined. They give me constant updates on how he is doing and let me know if there is ever anything they need from me to ensure his safety, comfort, growth and happiness. I'm eternally grateful for their care, love, and dedication to their students. Thank you for all the love you continue to show my family <3
