From the moment you walk into Cadence you feel like part of the family. Every teacher knows my son’s name and says hello! I love that they include social emotional learning in their curriculum. It’s perfect timing for toddlers to better understand their big emotions. There are many daycare options but I’m so happy with our experience with Cadence!
Our experience at Cadence Academy Preschool at Weston has been exceptional. Before choosing Cadence, we toured several other daycares/preschools in the area—and none came close. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and reassured us that our child would be in great hands. The teachers truly LOVE kids—you can literally see it in their eyes, their smiles, and how attentively they engage with the children. It’s clear they enjoy what they do, and that love and care shows every day. One thing we especially appreciate is the school’s emphasis on social and emotional development, which is so important at this age. Cadence also practices what I’d call “cross-staff caring”—every teacher, not just the ones in my child’s classroom, knows his name, how he's doing, and always greets him warmly. That kind of community is rare and incredibly comforting as first-time parents. The classrooms are always fresh and engaging, with different toys and activities each morning. And the growth we’ve seen in our son over the past year has been amazing—special thanks to the incredible work of Chris, Michelle, Lilli, and school directors Angela and Linda. Parent communication is also excellent. We regularly receive photos, updates, and check-ins that help us stay connected and involved in our child's day.
