Teddy Bear Day Care And Preschool-Reynolds Street

Teddy bear daycare and all it’s staff have truly exceeded my expectations of what sending my little ones to daycare would be like. They go above and beyond to make sure my kids as well as all the other children are well taken care of. My kids come home with smiles on their faces everyday. If you want your kids to have fun in a safe and loving environment, teddy bear daycare is the place to send them!

I don't normally rate services but I am doing this one to help the parents. This is the worst daycare which I have ever seen in my life. They have hygiene and safety problems. The teachers and director are all unprofessional. During one month time that my children were enrolled there, they all got pink eye and Diarrhea and my son got injured three time within a month. they didn't record his injury and did not provide any paperwork regarding his injury. Please do not take your children to this center because they will not be safe.

I have my daughter going 5 times per week to the Teddy Bear day care in S. Reynold Street for more than a year now. The reason that I enrolled her at this specific location was because it is literally 5 minutes from my house and I was in need of not hitting traffic while having a baby girl in the back seat. Well I am very happy to say that this is not the only reason why my daughter is still attending that unit. What make a place is their people and I have profound respect for the staff, starting with Ms Jessica ( the director of the unit) Mrs Jennifer the teacher of the older kids, Mrs Marquiya ( my daughters teacher ) plus the kind smile and happy faces of Ms Bria , Ms Nicole and Ms Shamika . All of them have a special way of dealing with the kids and their age’ skills and difficulties as well. I see a sense of cooperation and professionalism even when the kids are trying to be very loud . The staff is always loving and respectul toward the kids but who says love can not be firm? It is not a secret that a day care needs a sense of order and hierarchy otherwise who will have peace to learn anything through out the day? My daughter likes to be there, she enjoys the activities whether is music or books or dance or even play time. She is in the age of potty training and I am sure their willingness on helping my daughter is making the transition less harder for her. The kids just come in and go out with parents supervision and I know that my daughter is safe inside the daycare. If other parents are worried about the surrounds they should consider and understand that people comes and goes and nobody has control over it. I might not like my neighbor but if he is not invading my personal space what can I do about it? the same rule applies for one or other neighbor that has the right to pass by the facility but does not belong or have the intention to go over there. That unit is operating at the same place for more than 25 years and never anything bad happens to the kids or to the staff, So I am attempted to say that the low reviews are linked to immature or narcissistic parents that actually wants put on the day care the burn of educating their own child. If a parent does not give good examples neither implement some rules at home , the kid will have problems in any other environment, no matter what. The teachers can help to improve the kids behavior but the lack of respect ( that I personally saw ) from some parents toward the staff is a shame and impossible to fix. Based on the owner's response to negative reviews, I will not be enrolling my child. The responses are not professional and says so much about the characters of most people who work at this daycare. I am absolutely disgusted and would not allow my child near this much negativity. If you are reading this please look how the owner responded to Etaferahu Emiru.

If there is zero rate, I will give double 0000. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Please don't waste your childhood time and money. Breakfast serve 7am_8am. We a Arrived at 0755. Teacher "Miss. Jennifer" said you should bring food for your kids "Miss. Rashawna" interfer and cooked breakfast for kids. Thank you Miss. Rashawn loving kids.
