Location harbors abusive staff. Would highly recommend doing your own research. Open DHS case for child neglect/abuse. They just sent the staff fired from one location to another. Ask them see how they respond..

Love TBC! Kids have gone there from infant to school age. Consistent main staff. Many other families have been there as long as we have.
