However, one negative review raises serious concerns about physical discipline by the owner's husband and inappropriate treatment of children with special needs.
Found out the owner’s husband was laying hands on some of the kids. And she didn’t know what her husband would “do to a kid” that’s not acting how they should be acting at all times. Children with special needs are considered “bad” and “uncooperative”. Was told more than once there were issues with my son and other children, was told it was the other children’s fault and my son was still separated from his age group. When Shayla worked with the owner the daycare did run better.
Being a first time mom, I was so anxious and nervous when I had to drop my daughter off to daycare for the first time. Mrs. Enoch, the director, and all of her teachers have been nothing less than extraordinary. They not only have treated my daughter with love and care, but me as well. They all understand that I am a first time mom and have so much grace and patience. The teachers have long hours, but always seem to have a smile on their faces. This was the best decision for my daughter. She has learned so many new skills, words, morals, manners and beliefs. She comes home happy everyday because of the sweet treachers that impact her life. We’ve been here for a couple of years now, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s like a family! Thank you TLC!
This Daycare is absolutely the best daycare. When I move to effingham and found out Ms.Enoch was the director I knew then my kids was in great hands. When I walk in and seen her face I was so at ease having to work 30min away moving in a new environment and having to leave my kids with people I didn't know had me over the edge.. The Best Director, clean daycare and wonderful caregivers.
This is a very great childcare center. My son loved it. He is a crier when it is time to part ways with my husband and I which is normal for his age but every morning when he would get dropped off at Teach, Love and Care he would be so happy to go and would walk right in. I felt good about dropping him off at this center every day. Unfortunately we have to relocate but I would definitely recommend this center to anyone.
10 weeks to almost 4 years old. My daughter has grown up there. I love the staff. Mrs Enoch, Ms Nillie, Ms Vicky, I thank you so much for everything.
