Tanglewood Academy

I can’t say enough great things about Tanglewood Academy! Tanglewood was a lifesaver when I returned to work after COVID, and the experience has been amazing. I have had my three children there, with my daughter completing preschool and VPK here. All the teachers have been the most helpful in creating a clean, safe, and loving place for my children to learn and be cared for. The staff truly cares about the children, and the breakfast service is a lifesaver for busy mornings when I’m running behind. It’s one less thing to worry about! The summer is great too with lots of planned events, activities, and field trips. A special shout-out to Ms. Kelly, the Director—she is absolutely the best! Her leadership and dedication make Tanglewood feel like a second home for our kids. If you’re looking for a safe, nurturing, and well-organized environment for your children, I highly recommend Tanglewood Academy!

I am incredibly grateful for the experiences both of my sons have had at this school. My older son attended for several years, and the foundation he gained academically, socially, and emotionally has stayed with him and continues to help him thrive. Now, with my younger son currently enrolled, I am once again reminded of just how special this school truly is. The teachers are dedicated, compassionate, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth.

Attention to all parents: Tanglewood Academy is the best school, and if I could give it more than five stars, I would. When my daughter Precious started, she was very quiet and didn’t talk much. Now, thanks to her teacher, Ms. Terri, she talks a lot and is doing great. I’m really thankful to everyone, including Ms. Christy, Ms. Rosa, and Ms. Emily, for their hard work. A special thank you to the principal, Ms. Kelly, who is amazing. You all are the best team ever! I highly recommend Tanglewood Academy to all parents. Bring your kids here for before and after care, and you won’t regret it. The caring place and wonderful staff help every child grow and do well.

My children have been to the school since they were 2. Everyone has become family. Last 8 years my children have learned a lot. Wouldn't trust no one else with my babies. Now my grandson has been in the same school since infant. He is now 2. At his age he can spell simple colors like red, blue and pink. Tanglewood cares about the children and their families.

Tanglewood is an amazing school, daycare and after care program. My son attended when he was just in kindergarten, with Ms. Chrissy being his teacher. I searched all over for a good school too send my son to and I was going to give up and send him back to public school until I ran across this school. When I walked in I knew it was the right choice. They was so welcoming the place was clean I immediately signed him up. Ms Chrissy was very informative of my son behavior and his progress in class. Ms. Kelly and Ms. Terri also played a major role in my son life along with the rest of the staff. He still attends there for aftercare when he gets out of school. So if you’re looking for the perfect school/ daycare or aftercare Tanglewood is definitely the place.
