Achievers Academy

Achievers Academy has been a blessing for my child and our family. The staff is patient, professional, and truly invested in the safety and growth of every student they serve. You can tell the team works hard every day—from the warm greetings in the morning to the careful communication at pickup. They treat the children as if they’re their own, and that level of care is rare. That said, it’s extremely important that parents respect the center’s policies. All children must be picked up by closing time — no excuses and no exemptions. The staff shouldn’t have to wait past their workday, and it’s unfair to assume they will stay late to accommodate late pickups. These educators have families too, and it’s a shame that anyone would take advantage of their kindness. Achievers Academy goes above and beyond for our kids every day. The least we can do is honor their time. I fully support their rules and appreciate everything they do to keep our children safe and happy.

Achievers Academy continues to shine because of dedicated professionals like Ms. Erika, who demonstrates patience, respect, and genuine love for the children every single day. She handles challenging situations with grace, keeps communication clear, and always treats families with dignity. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so deeply and still maintains professionalism no matter what comes her way. Unfortunately, not all parents show the same level of respect toward the staff. It’s disappointing when some individuals—especially those who publicly claim strong values—speak or behave in ways that don’t reflect kindness. A title or label does not make someone courteous; actions do. Despite this, the Achievers team continues to serve with integrity. They protect our children, nurture them, and work hard to provide a safe learning environment. They deserve respect, punctuality, and gratitude from every family. I truly appreciate Ms. Erika and the Achievers staff for everything they do. Their character speaks louder than anyone’s attitude.

My initial experience with Achiever Academy was extremely stressful. My children’s father enrolled them without my approval, which created confusion for everyone involved. When I arrived late that evening, emotions were high, and the interaction I had over the phone felt unprofessional and very upsetting. I even had to wait for the police due to how the situation escalated, and at the time, I left feeling disappointed and overwhelmed. However, now that my daughters have been attending regularly and I have had the chance to interact with the actual staff, my experience has completely changed. The team has been kind, patient, and supportive. They communicate with me respectfully, my daughters feel comfortable there, and I truly appreciate the way they have welcomed us. I want to acknowledge that our first encounter was not reflective of the day-to-day environment. What began as a difficult situation has turned into a positive experience, and I am grateful for how things have improved.

I am the father referenced in the recent statements made by Ms. (litaflo25). Her comments are an attempt to discredit Achievers Academy and create a false narrative. Ms. (miracle) was fully informed and aware that our daughters were attending this daycare. We are divorced, and I lawfully selected Achievers Academy as the childcare provider for our girls during my custodial time. Her claim that she was unaware is untrue. In fact, she previously stated directly to the daycare that she “didn’t care if the child was dropped off in the street.” Her words and refusal to pick up the children resulted in the police being called, due to her defiance and disregard for the children’s well-being. The daycare acted responsibly and in the best interest of our daughters. The attempt to attack the daycare’s credibility is simply a distraction from her own inappropriate actions and neglectful behavior. My only concern is the safety and stability of our children.

All of my kids went to this daycare. They are clean, welcoming and have an Amazing staff. Mrs.Erika and Mr. Guillermo, are truly amazing people. My little ones learned a lot from this daycare, Ms.Janet is very kind and patient with the kids. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place for your kids, Don’t hesitate.
