What Parents Say
Syringa Family Partnership is highly regarded for its specialized support of children with special needs, particularly autism. Parents praise the knowledgeable, caring staff and owner Colleen for providing thoughtful, consistent care and genuine partnership with families. One parent reported a scheduling conflict and felt treated unfairly compared to other families.
Syringa Family Partnership has been a part of our family for over a decade. The support they provide through DDA services is thoughtful, consistent, and truly centered around each child’s needs. The staff is thoroughly vetted, trained and every person who has worked with my boys makes connections that have lasted a decade. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping kids grow—in communication, independence, and confidence. We've felt like true partners in the process, not just clients. They have been with us during diagnosis, IEPs, new behaviors, needing communication tools, needing a great big HUG... the list goes on and on. If you're looking for a place that cares as much as you do, Syringa is it. We’re so grateful for everything they’ve done and continue to do for our family.
I owned a medical transportation company for several years and transported a lot of kids to Syringa. I got to know many of the staff as well as Colleen, the owner, and have a great deal of respect and appreciation for what they do for the special needs kids in our community. They're saints in my book.
When my son went there, parents would drop off their kids and go to work. My son stopped going because of the virus. They text me and tell me that they had an opening and gave me schedule option. I told the one that worked for me and they agreed on it. Then they gave him a totally different schedule then proceed to tell me that I’m using them for childcare because I had a job interview the day he was going in and was planning on working while he was in there. Like I said, the other parents would drop off their kids then go to work and pick them up later in the day. I am a single mother but apparently I can’t do that like the other parents...
My son goes here and we love it! The staff is amazing and kind. We diffently recommended it if you have a little one with special needs.
My two kids with Autism have been going here for years. Its helped alot with their development and the people are really good.
