Step By Step Child Care

She was bit by a kid. Then the next day we were told that she cant return when school begins again. She stopped going because i was newly postpartum with absoultely no help. And having to drop her off and then being told she needed to be picked up once she was dropped off and just arriving at home was too much a hassle. Happened multiple times. At pickup no one could answer questions on how she was. When she first started going here she was getting really bad diaper rashes because they weren't changing her often enough. There was no prior mentions of her struggling at this place. And she was autistic.

My kids have been attending for a while and they both love it here! We had a few issues in the beginning when everyone was still learning personalities, but a quick chat with Misty was all it took to resolve them. The ladies here love my kids and treat them like family, which is amazing. I was reluctant to leave my kiddos in center based care, but they’re thriving here and learning soo much! The prek class practices tracing their names every single day and I have seen soo much improvement in both my kids’ social skills since they started here 😊 They’re a great bunch of ladies!!

Step by Step did a great job caring for my infant. They were attentive to her when she was teething and fussy, helped her with the overall transition to a daycare setting, and were knowledgeable about her day to day activities. While we liked her caretakers, we ultimately moved her to another site that had more updated systems.

We have had all 3 of our kids here over the course of 5 years. The team at Step By Step was always wonderful. They were responsive to my kids needs, always loving, and my kiddos loved going. This was from babies to preschool. I always felt that my children were loved and attended to. They were flexible in terms of how our family handled feeding, to potty training, to behavior. I always felt that I had a team on my side when I couldn't be there to care for my babies because I had to work. Thank you all for the wonderful space you have provided and do provide for our kiddos. You are all appreciated!

I love bringing my kiddos here. it’s hard to leave your kids places, especially when they’re babies, but the staff here is amazing! my kids have never been sent home with a dirty diaper or a crusty nose like other day cares we’ve tried. the staff takes the time to make relationships with my kids and I can tell. they’re very attentive and communication is always crystal clear if an issue arises. I know my kids are happy, safe, and loved when I drop them off and I always HIGHLY recommend Step by Step!!
