My daughter attended this day care and for the most part it was okay, and that's being nice. There was multiple time my daughter ran completely out of formula before they would tell me anything and she has to have Soy milk because she is lactose intolerant. So basically my daughter didn't have anything to drink because I did not know she didn't have formula. Also they only clean there toys on Friday and within a 2 month span my daughter had pneumonia twice, hand foot mouth, and Flu B. When I asked how come they cant clean their room more often the girl told me idk, Like its not an idk answer its I can see what we can do or maybe clean the room 2 or 3 times a week. They also had a list on the door with like 4 things going on in her room at one time, Hand Foot Mouth, Bronchial Pneumonia, Strep, RSV. If that's not something to make you want to clean the room more often idk what is. Also my daughter got poked in the eye and no one could tell me what happened I asked Ruby and she didn't care about my concerns she always answered with idk she has no people skills what so ever she has no concerns or cares about what I came to her with. My last straw with this place was they feed my daughter so much cheese she stayed throwing gup until 10 that night again she is LACTOSE INTOLERANT so which means no dairy. I tell the manager about it she said oh I never put 2 and 2 together I didn't think about that like serious!!! that's my daughter well bein she threw up so everything in her stomach she was throwing up stomach bio and that was no concern to anyone there and when I picked her up the girl told me I think her stomach hers! like no joke you gave her dairy!!! I am so upset with this day care its not okay how if you make a complaint about them that the care for your child decreases its just horrible!

My daughter attended this daycare and my baby boy is there now. I love this daycare. I completely trust my children under their care. They are loving and caring women in that daycare. I appreciate them very much. Wouldn't have my kiddos anywhere else.
