I just wanted to say I've noticed my son has progressed alot since he first started at sweet dreams. I remember he used to cry when dropping him off which is normal for any child. However, he no longer cries which leads me to believe he feels comfortable around them. That alone makes me feel better as a parent. The director keeps me informed of his overall progress and let's me know if she feels there may be any key points that may be of concern. I would recommend sweet dreams for any parent in search of childcare services.

I do not recommend at all this daycare if you have a child with some type of special need such as Autism. My child attended this daycare for 3 days and every day I received a negative comment from the owner of this place. He didn't eat anything for three days and the second day when it was time to pick him up he was completely wet with pee. The owner of this place is insensitive and she didn't even give to my baby a chance to adjust to a new routine just criticizing my baby's behavior at the daycare door without any privacy.

Terrible daycare & have to many kids. They not watching the kids...& don't take responsibility for their mistakes. They do like to blame their mistakes on the parents so they look like good people. Every time you walk in you end up walking out with a severe cold or flu. They don't clean the kids after eating my baby face always dirty. When I️ go pick her up that’s when they trying to clean it. They're understaffed and don't care. They don't want to make an extra effort to help the parents keep their jobs. Very disappointed... Attention parents if you love your kids and worry about their health don't take them there they are a horrible daycare and don't care about your kids just the money.

Very unprofessional. The director says one thing but then tries to charge you more money. Never told me tuition was due Monday MORNING, just that is was due Monday’s. She refused to allow me to pay when I pick my son up, although it is still Monday she said she will charge me a $10 late fee although it is not late. When I asked her to clarify if I indeed was being charged a late fee, although tuition is technically not late she told me yes!! This center is only about the money and do NOT care about the children. The owner is very insensitive and I would not recommend.

I have taken all 3 of my kids here, and not only did my kids leave with a second family but also with a second language. The teachers teach the kids spanish as well. I went to work comfortable that my kids were happy and safe where I left them and I think that says it all!
