I would NOT recommend this daycare to any parent. This center is constantly understaffed, and it has become a regular thing for them to close classrooms last-minute, forcing parents to scramble for backup care. What’s most frustrating is that corporate seems to only care about money, not the actual wellbeing of the children or the staff. Instead of fixing the staffing issues, they just shift kids around, overcrowd rooms, or send children home early (which happened to me). It doesn’t feel safe, stable, or organized. The staff members who are there seem overwhelmed and burnt out which brings me to my concerns about quality of care. There is a huge disconnect between what they promise and what they deliver.I unenrolled my child that has been there for only a year this Late September 2025 and never looked back. I can say I’ve been in communication with I think her name is Miss Gwen. She was only there for the summer time but She’s so wonderful and knowledgeable and we need more people like her to be front and center for this facility. Another young lady before miss Gwen miss Taylor was there from the time the doors open to when they closed and cared for my baby in the most loving way. When none of the staff showed up Miss Taylor did and I felt so bad for her running this center alone most mornings and afternoons and I appreciate her for her time. If you’re looking for consistency, reliability, and a place that truly prioritizes children—not their profits—this is NOT the daycare for you.

I LOVE this Facility! I have had nothing but a GREAT experience since me and my kids have gone here. I use to go here when i was a child and now 20 years later both of my kids go! Everyone is always in a positive attitude and always welcoming to the kids. Everyone knows my kids by Name. which is very rare now days. My kids love to come here in the morning and whenever one of them is out everyone is asking about them. I have recommended many of my friends here and i will continue to do so. I wouldn't want my kids to go anywhere else other then a family members house and that is exactly the care that the kids get when they go here! I have two children that attend here at the sunshine house! This is not a daycare this is more like family! They always keep you in the know on your child, if you ever have any questions they are quick to answer and assist in anyway possible. Its still the same loving/caring environment from when I attended 20 years ago!

I love this daycare! My daughter Allison was in a daycare when she was about 8 months old but she doesn't remember any of it. I was fortunate enough to a SAHM mostly until I moved back to SC in August. Since my sister passed away it has been very difficult for us as a family and for her being only 2 years old I can say she's been through so much. I've been the primary parent all her life so she is very attached to me. When I enrolled her in daycare right before my birthday, I was so nervous for her like any first time mom. It's almost April and she's still adjusting but she is doing better by the day!!! All of her teachers communicate with me so well and they always make me feel better when I'm dropping her off. Ever since she started daycare I have seen her improve greatly with her social skills and also gaining weight since she's always been under. There's not another daycare I would trust to put my daughter in!!! 🙂🙂

The staff & faculty of this particular SSH is our extended family. My 7.5 year old began attending here at 11 months old & my 5 year old son at 8 weeks, and my ex husband & I make the 20 minute commute purposely to bring our children here. The longevity of the staff & the way they are truly & personally invested in the lives of the children is nothing short of a gift, and the teachers implement lesson plans with 4K kids having homework even, which really gave my daughter an edge when attending kindergarten! I will continue to being my kids here at age 18 if I could! Thank you all💜💜

I highly recommend this child care center they are awesome from the Director to the staff! They go above and beyond for the children and parents. The kids aren’t there just to play they actually learn. We aren’t just customers to them we are family they take the time to learn about each family and their different needs. I wouldn’t take my children any where else. They are the best daycare center hands down no others compare!
