Sunshine Child Care

My kid was enrolled here for a few months and we had nothing but issues. My kid was sent home with the wrong bottles multiple times. Her teacher was sick and the director said o it’s just a cold she’s fine and 2 days later my kid was sick. They threaten every thing they don’t like about kids and parents with calling cps and the cops on the parents. They said when the child turns 6 months old they have to be eating turn up sausage and bologna and biscuits and when we raised issue with this we were kicked out of daycare. I do not recommend allowing these people to take care of any children.

As a mom I always worry about who I leave my child with. This facility is amazing, My child loves the staff, and she is always so excited to go in the mornings. It makes my day go so much smoother knowing that she is very well taken care of, and she is happy. The director is always so good at getting back to me as quick as possible when I have a question. There is such a wonderful atmosphere when you walk in and you can just feel all the happiness. It was the best decision to put my daughter in this child care. She is also learning so much, and I could not be more proud. When your child comes home and starts naming shapes and you haven't been working on that, it just melts my heart. I am so glad that they are so dedicated and devoted to not only taking care of child, but helping her little mind grow. I am going to be one sad momma when the day comes that I can not send her here anymore.

We absolutely love this daycare. They are such an exciting and creative daycare that find awesome ways to keep our kids busy while we work. I absolutely recommend this daycare for your family, you will not be disappointed.

First daycare my kids were ever at and ended horribly. Kids are always allowed there sick. we saw the same kids there with constant runny noses. I've seen a teacher that would raise her voice to kids. One of the workers told me how Bianca pulled another little girls hair playing around but none the less that's not an excuse. They don't wash their hands. They have a high turn around rate for employees for a reason. They do not lysol toys. My kids were getting constantly sick there and even put my youngest in the hospital a few times straight into ICU. One of those times being on life support for 3 weeks due to viruses getting passed around at Sunshine. My kids have had RSV twice, Norovirus, Adenovirus, Covid19, Rhinovirus 3X, the old school coronavirus. It was rediculous.... I understand kids get sick. But not like this back to back due to an unclean environment.

My experience there ended terrible. Had multiple hiccups with them due to lack of leadership an works being a bit uninformed it seemed. My kids were recently Terminated as they called it, over an incident. My oldest son who has learning disabilities was being picked on by an employees son because he can’t read. Another boy took up for my son an hit the kid. So my oldest an youngest got kicked out because they were being bullied. They didn’t start or were involved in the fight. The kids mom who is an employee their. Also threatened the kids mom who took up for my son in front of the kids as the daycare that she was goin to kick her @$$. We were told that she would not be fired even though she scared our kids an the other boy. An I for one don’t think you should work around children if you can’t control your temper even if it was something involving your own child. Left this so others might be informed of this an avoid the hassle.
