We absolutely love Playhouse! It truly feels like family there. Everything is so well run, and we love all the staff! It is such a great feeling to find a place that loves your kids like their own. It feels like you are dropping them off at their favorite grandparents house everyday. I would recommend 110%! It is the best place you can take your kids in all of Amarillo & Canyon!

Playhouse has been such an incredible place for my kids! From the time they were 6 weeks old, they have been in their care. The directors and staff always go above and beyond to make sure that every child is loved and provided the best care possible. This daycare is a Christian establishment and I love the fact that their morals and beliefs radiate through! The pre-K program is fabulous and definitely prepared my kids for school. During the summer, the Playhouse team creates such a fun schedule that keeps kids excited to go each day! We so appreciate them in helping raise our kids into great men. Thanks Playhouse!!

The care and intentionality shown at Playhouse is unparalleled! My daughter was enrolled and experienced each classroom offered, beginning in the nursery, into toddlers, preschool, and most recently transitioned into a school aged kiddo. Their schedules are created to help establish and maintain consistency for your child, which is beyond beneficial. Their experience is evident in dealing with any issues that arise. They are truly a partner when it comes to helping raise your kiddos. And they are more than willing to talk with you, walk with you and guide you through all the lovely parenting stages that are inevitable (potty training, sleep regressions, sassy independent stages, etc). This family owned and operated business is an absolute gem that invests so much love into your child! Can't recommend or rate highly enough!! We made some lifelong relationships there for sure! :)

This daycare is absolutely amazing. We moved to The Playhouse from a different daycare, in Canyon. We were in need of summer care and care on the days that CISD was out of school. I am so happy we made the move. This is why: Safety: Brown's Playhouse keeps doors locked at all times and has cameras. Only parents and others allowed to pick up the children are able to get in. This was something our previous daycare did not do. They have all the safety drills, fire, tornado, etc. I do not worry about my child's safety when he is there. Learning/activities: My son is always learning something new. This year, he is in the preschool part and he has learned so much. They are always doing activities with them and he is proud of himself when he completes the activities or crafts. The teachers are great! Food: An AM/PM snack is provided everyday or you can send your own. You send your child with a lunch. Staff: Every staff member knows my child and he knows them. He is hugged everyday and told he is loved by them. Each child is treated this way. As a mom, knowing your child is loved by the ones taking care of him, when you're away, makes all the difference in the world. I can't say enough good things about this daycare. They say they want to be an extension of the family to help raise your kids, and they truly fulfill this mission. It is family oriented and they treat all the children as their own. This daycare has been around for a long time (my husband was a Playhouse kid) and they know how to do it right!
