Sunrise Preschools #130

Sunrise has been amazing for our family. The staff is kind and caring. Our daughter learns so much with the curriculum that has been planned, and she has fun too. She is always telling us something new that she has learned. As a teacher myself, I could not be more pleased with what she is learning and that she will be well prepared for Kindergarten in the future. Sunrise is a blessing to our family and we could not be more please with our choice to send our daughter to school here. We love Sunrise and we love telling people about this fabulous school.

This is such a great preschool. It is run by a group of women who truly care about Children. My daughter has attended this school for over a year and she loves it. Ms. Ashley and Ms. Alisa are awesome. They are always polite and always willing to help. They are very flexible and go above and beyond to help parents when needed. The teachers they hire are reliable and very caring. I would give this school many more stars if possible.

I have been bringing my daughter here for little over 7 months. I bring her when my mother is not able to take care of my daughter. I brought her in Monday and today 12/11/18 as some children do cry when dropping there children off my daughter Bella cried as I was leaving. I was watching my daughter cry, what is there protocol to make the hold feel better play with, make them feel safe and comfortable. Ms.Selena sat in the chair for roughly 3 min before getting up and attending Bella. She approached her told her to not cry and calm down. She pulled my daughters chair back and shoved her back in with force into the table, then just got up and walked away I immediately walked back into the classroom . This is not ok needs to get resolved who knows how many children she’s done it to . Her job title is to assist the children and make them feel safe and ok and not neglect or miss treat children.

I took my son to Sunrise Preschool for 4 months and I couldn't be happier. The teachers are warm and loving, you can tell they really care about the babies. We had to move overseas and I really miss everyone at Sunrise.

I moved here and didn't ask before I set my daughter up here. When I told co workers they told me to be careful because they are not good. Well at first it was good. My the blonde curly haired lady is what concerns me, she is so rude whenever i have questions makes feel like i cant ask any questions. This had occurred on multiple occasions. I first ignored it but now I am sorry to say I may have to look elsewhere. I don't feel right leaving my daughter somewhere I dont feel comfortable asking questions. Recently it was about school pictures it's been more than a month since I turned on my info. First she took a week to send the info out since I was a few days late giving it to her. Then after I asked 3 rimes she said she sent it, I was told two weeks later after asking multiple times and being shrugged off that they charged it and it is being mailed and willing give tracking info should be there in a week. I asked a week later and was told they don't have tracking info and the blonde curly haired lady so rude. Told me they haven't done it, doesn't know when it will be done. Said there was miscommunication, so rude saying i was late but it was her. I explained the rudeness is uncalled for o was just asking Then asked for contact info to the photography place and she gave me the email but when I used it was incorrect no such email. I am beyond upset and ready to switch. I have never dealt with such rudeness.i don't know how they treat my daughter if they treat me this way.
