My daughter has been attending this school for a little over 1 year. She is 3-4. Overall the school is great. The only thing I’d comment that wasn’t ideal is they don’t have a separate nap room and as my daughter doesn’t nap anymore it’s very hard to sit still and be quiet for 2 hours. Otherwise teachers are nice, clean classrooms and play area.
If you have any concern with your kid crying on the first day or having any separation anxiety, do not even bother going here. They will only work with you if you child is a quiet asian kid. The lady that processes the applications tried to blame my wife for not preparing my son for preschool and told her my son was not ready for school. We literally had him in school a week later at bluffview. Do yourself a favor and take your child to a more diverse place that is accepting and shows equal treatment to all children.
Stone soup is a really great place and I am so glad that I found it. My daughter has been attending this state-funded preschool since July 2017. since attending the school my daughter has just blossomed and made so many new friends and learn so many new things. There is a Melting Pot of different cultures that attend this preschool and I am so glad that she is around so many children who are different from her. The staff is very kind and so patient with the children. my daughter absolutely loves going to school everyday and I feel safe knowing that she is going here.
My LO just started and she loves it. The teacher there are 1:8 one teacher to 8 kids and I love that. My lo always talk about her experiences after school when she comes home. The staff there always update me about my lo behavior, achievements and what needs to be work on. I couldn't ask for a better place for my LO to go to school.
One of the staff in ages 0to 3 didn’t liked my son, for no behavioral reason. They’re forcing my son to learned but kids will act as age 2. Inexperience teacher, lack of understanding about children. Don’t waste your children’s time there.
