Kids Kare Ashlan

My son is 2 , it was his first time in a classroom environment he has no siblings nor has he been around a lot of children, my first concern was the milk or food they were providing he was constipated for 3 days even after I asked to bring his almond milk which they denied , on his first day the 2 lady’s who were “black and white” made me very uncomfortable their facial expressions were disturbing when they were telling me about his first day and the ONLY thing they said was he kept walking away from group and taking toys, they said NOTHING positive and that really disturb me considering this was MY first time leaving him with strangers. My second concern was I felt like they were rushing him with drinking out of a cup with no lid for the FIRST TIME so the 2 days he was there all his clothes kept coming back wet or just completely dirty and that led me to believe they were not doing hand over hand nor guiding the cup with him so he could learn, this experience was terrible for me I didn’t feel like the teachers were fit for the positions expect for the lady who was there on his second day she was black and filling in, she was extremely caring and my son really liked her and all the other kids liked her to !! But the other 2 ladies no I’m sorry they were just rude and there expressions made me uncomfortable when they were telling me about my sons first day. My main thing was they literally didn’t say ANYTHING positive about his first day and then their faces just looked as if they were half telling me what was going on or just was fed up with him being there , to give a better view of things my son was literally the baby of the whole classroom so for them to tell me that it was a huge issue with taking toys I almost laughed because he’s 2 y/o and still learning ..yeaa they ruined our first daycare experience

Excellent Experience at KidsKare Ashlan. I love the Staff! Always a Friendly greeting drop off /pick up, Very Professional, Respectful, Very Orgnized, Excellent Communication & 100% Trustworthy. My kids who are now grown, attended many years ago & now my granddaughter attends.

The best place to care and provide for your child with no harm or regrets. I send my child without any fear because he is in the best place so I can continue my daily activities as a single mum with no worries of what ifs. I encourage all parents to send their kids to this awesome and wonderful place for their child development and special care.

I have had my daughter in a private care setting for her entire childhood. It was a big change to leave that setting and take her to a public childcare center. Though the ladies at Kids Kare Ashlan are wonderful. Julie, the director, is so kind and made me feel at ease about the whole process. Marisa, the assistant director, is so bubbly and outgoing. My daughter adores her. I cannot explain how wonderful this establishment is.

Excellent childcare! I have all 3 of my daughters at this school and they love it here. I am a mom who tends to have a crazy schedule and the staff at this location have always accommodated me. They have gone over and beyond to help me out and they always make sure my kids have a place to go. I've had my kids at different places, but by far this is the best place in Fresno. They are loving, warm, welcoming and they always make sure the kids are well taken care and safe. I'm very paranoid about who I leave my kids with, but I never have to worry when I leave them here. I can not speak highly enough about this place. They also take supportive services and pick up kids from near by elementary schools so parents don't have to leave work early. Ms Julie, Ms Sabrina, Ms Marissa n Ms Nicole are all excellent. There's a lot more great staff but these ladies come to my mind first 😁
