We absolutely love this daycare! My nephew has been attending for a while now, and the growth we’ve seen in him—both socially and academically—has been amazing. The staff is kind, patient, and truly cares about the children. The environment is safe, clean, and welcoming, and they always keep us updated on his day. He comes home happy, well-fed, and excited to go back every morning. We’re so grateful to have found a place where he’s not just cared for, but genuinely loved. Highly recommend!
I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Steps for Learning Preschool. Before even meeting my daughter, the OWNER (who is also the director) called to inform me that because my child has an RBT therapist, she would not be allowed to attend without that therapist present DUE TO “lack of staffing” as the reason. I was shocked by this unprofessional and discriminatory treatment. My child was judged and excluded without the owner even meeting her or assessing her needs. This is a childcare center supporting children of all abilities should be the standard, not the exception. The way the owner spoke to me was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in compassion. I would never expect such behavior from someone entrusted with the care of young children. Families deserve a welcoming, inclusive environment, and unfortunately, that is not what I found here. If I can give this center 0 stars I would do not trust this center with your child.
I am thankful to Steps for Learning for taking such great care of my son and the other children from my family that have attended there. The staff is loving and caring.They would always keep me informed of my child's progress. I highly recommend them.
