Our experience at Step‑by‑Step Montessori – Edina has been nothing short of incredible. Both of my boys are deeply cared for and have absolutely thrived here—academically, socially, and emotionally. What I appreciate most is the consistent, calm, and respectful environment. The outdoor time is such a gift and clearly prioritized, which has made a huge difference for my children. Ms. Beth has a truly special way of treating every child as if they were her own. I genuinely look forward to her updates and feedback—they are thoughtful, reassuring, and meaningful. Ms. Anna is incredibly patient and speaks to the children with such kindness and intention; her presence brings so much warmth to the classroom. The entire staff supports one another, and it shows. This is a beautiful, diverse community of highly educated, dedicated teachers who truly embody the Montessori philosophy. We feel so lucky to be part of this school and cannot recommend it enough. ❤️

We have been so happy with our daughter's care at SBS. They've gone beyond our expectations with her care. They've worked with her challenges as well as encouraged her strengths. I feel like it's very child-centered care. They undergone several building updates since we've started - new floors, upgrading dishes, fresh outside equipment - and even though it's the ultimately the teachers that matter, it's nice to see they're investing in the space as well.

All of my kids have gone through Step by Step Montessori and learned quite a lot, while still having a fun time.
