I absolutely love this place. It was so hard for me to put my two year old granddaughter in daycare. The teachers in my granddaughters classroom (Toddler 1) are amazing! I know that she is being well taken care of!

I had to return to work when my daughter was only around 3 months old and both my husband and I were pretty apprehensive about sending her to daycare so young, but Step-by-Step has been fantastic about alleviating our concerns since day one and now it's like a second home for my daughter. She loves going to daycare here and always has a big smile for Miss Salina when I drop her off every day. She's been really happy about being able to interact with other babies during the day as well; she's made a bunch of friends already. The daycare is clean and safe, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'm really grateful that we were able to enroll our daughter here.

Step by step’s teachers and directors have made us feel so comfortable and safe starting daycare with our 5 month old daughter as first time parents. They happily accommodate our needs, communicate clearly, and provide so many resources. As educators ourselves, we could tell from the moment we first toured, during orientation, and throughout our time here that they care deeply about serving kids and are very knowledgeable about meeting each child where they are at developmentally. My son who will be turning 4 in the spring has been going here since he was 6 weeks old.It's not easy being a first time parent and leaving your baby with anyone other than family, but the staff were and have been excellent at making me feel at ease. The staff has been great at teaching my son things, not only about the curriculum but on sharing and being compassionate to others. I have seen the same wonderful faces for the last 4 years and my son loves going "to school" every day. Step By Step has been nothing short of amazing.
