Step Ahead Child Care & Preschool

We couldn’t be happier with Step Ahead Childcare! All three of my girls attend, and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. Their kindness and genuine care for each child truly stand out. They take the time to understand and work with each child’s individual needs, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. The new facility is absolutely beautiful and has elevated the entire experience. It’s bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a safe and engaging environment for learning and play. My girls love it, and I can see how much they’re thriving. If you’re looking for a childcare center that combines compassion, flexibility, and a top-notch facility, Step Ahead is the place to be!

Step Ahead is our kids’ home away from home. From the first day at drop off, to the last day before kindergarten, Crystal and her team have made us so comfortable. It’s not only childcare and kindergarten readiness they they teach. My kids are learning morals and manners, practicing empathy and compassion, and having fun! The team is willing to extend support not only to our children, but when I have needed parenting advice or just reassurance in any number of topics, they’ve been there for me. I recommend them to anyone who asks and I appreciate them for all they do!

Honestly the best daycare my child has ever attended hands down. The staff are so incredibly welcoming and friendly! The food is HOMEMADE each day which I love and even though my daughter has a severe lactose allergy, the cook provides lactose free options for my daughter so she isn't left out, unlike other daycares where no substitute was provided. All of the staff are prompt when it comes to responding to messages or handling concerns and they work with you as a parent. They also do a lot of fun activities with the children and I love all of the crafts I get. They are very on top of making needed supplies are put in right away in advance(diapers, wipes, extra clothes, etc.) Instead of messaging when your child has already ran out. Information such as meals and diapers are also put in in real time, never leaving you to wonder if something has or hasn't been done. The room and center as a whole is also always extremely clean and tidy and I love how huge the classrooms are and that there are giant windows to look in and out of. I highly recommend this center and have nothing negative to say!

Step Ahead has been an absolute life saver for us. We had our nanny unexpectedly quit. We were left scrambling to find childcare. Step Ahead was recommended to us and the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be okay. I was scared to leave my baby with someone else. They keep on amazing contact throughout the day. I know what’s going on with him at all times. My guy comes home happier than when with the nanny (or even after a full day with us haha). He learns so much and gets to be with friends. He loves every teacher he has. I’m so so grateful for Step Ahead. The second mom’s helping raise my baby. ❤️❤️

Our daughter has been going here since she was 4 months old and we can’t recommend enough to all our family and friends. This has been the best experience I could ask for in such a big decision that we had to make of where to leave her during the week. She loves all her teachers and they are so great at keeping us updated throughout the day on how she is doing. I am very glad we can go to work and feel fully confident she is taken care of and happy where she is at.
