They don’t return calls at all. I went in person and the young girl was very disrespectful. She didn’t even want to take a simple msg. She kept saying “the director will call back when she feels like it.” Seriously, getting this child into pre-K is putting this mom between couch surfing and homelessness. I’ve left voicemails for the past 3 weeks and no call back. That’s why I finally took this mom in person and that’s how the front desk person responded. Wth?!?!?!

If I can give them a 0 star review I will .. “to be about god” they should be ashamed of it as a parent I think anyone would felt the same way if your child constantly coming home with bite marks or something happening at school and the teachers or anyone not doing anything about because the kids mom works with them and is friends with everyone at the center .. then right after I decided to speak up about teacher Ashley and her helpers decided to embarrass my 4 year old at the time by putting her dress up in front of everyone in class to suggest she has my handprint on herself and “I was abusing her” called DCS said I was abusing her .. keep in mind it was right after I submitted to the director a complain about the teacher she done this . DCS even told me she didn’t see anything on my child but the teacher Ashley kept insisting to her there was a handprint on my kid but, she stated no there’s not case was closed and to top it off DCS told me to be very careful with the teacher sounded like she was doing it out of anger or being racist. Just wanting to parents to be careful who you trust. Stay away from this school

My daughter has been going there since she was 2 and we have had an amazing experience. The staff is kind and attentive. My newest baby will be starting there in August and I would not choose any other daycare for my children. I highly recommend!

We have been attending daycare here for a few months now and absolutely LOVE it! My daughter is often timid around new environments or people and she is so comfortable there. I feel that every teacher and administration member knows my child and is invested in her learning and safety. They have been so helpful ensuring we stay on top of dietary restrictions my daughter has as well which has helped her progress so much! One of my favorite things about this center is their encouragement of parents to visit any time! I also loveeee the daily updates the teachers share ,with photos and updates of skills they are working on. The Director Alissa has been so involved in meeting with parents to consistently share and take in suggestions to improve current program offerings. I have also notice how supportive she is of her staff, and respected in return. I would highly recommend St Vincent !!

The staff and teachers here create a nice environment. From the tour they gave me, they gave me the impression that they care about making the children comfortable and after we started I saw that in practice. Ms Laci and Ms. RayAnne help my daughter learn important skills. I also like that they do continuation of care. My daughter started here when she was 1 and she will have the same teachers until she turns 3. In other children centers they change teachers every few weeks. There are some drawbacks: the center is closed several days during the year for professional development days. They are also closed from December 24 until January 1 for holidays. That means that during the year I need to find someone to stay with my child so that I can work. If you have family around I can see that not being a problem but if you do not then once in a while this will be a problem.
