St. Paul United Methodist

Absolutely horrific experience by the people running St Paul's Methodist church this morning. This church has, to my knowledge had an open, welcoming playground giving people nearby a place to bring their little ones. Instead of the attitude I had been met with in the past of warmth and friendliness, (literally told by church elders to come by whenever and of course I was welcome at servies), two catty women informed me I needed to wait until they and their little ones were done playing. Meaning of course I had to tell my 20 month old he couldnt play with the other babies he was excited to play with. Then they proceed to turn their backs and laugh and ignore me. Terrible example for a church and its teachers of the young. When I called to ask the policy of the church and its playground use (literally have been coming here 6 years with several kids) I was met with amazingly even more rudeness and hung up when the lady kept using prefer and I demanded an exact policy. As someone who has grown up in the church Im sad to see such outright rejection of Christ's teachings. Dont expect to be welcomed here unless you are apart of the "club".

A beautiful larger downtown church with a welcoming congregation and a small church feel. A crop of youngsters in worship shows promise for the future. Come as you are.

Was looking for a food bank to help my daughter and her boyfriend where she is pregnant and they didn't have anything and nobody would answer the phone or anything here

Best pre school they got for 3 and 4 year old kids
