Converted to the Catholic faith through this parish: absolutely lovely priests, clergy, and fellow parishioners. Exterior had an overhang addition put up this summer (very speedily!) for those pulling up for handicapped people. Interior has one of the nicest blends b/w modern and traditional Catholic churches I have seen in the Hockessin/Newark region. A great place for new discerning Catholics and Christians to come and find the faith. (I only wish this parish used incense and bells more during masses in Ordinary time, rather than strictly for special occasions or Holy Days. Otherwise, a really great parish!)
Great fish fry crab cake and clab chowder for $22.00 Good friendly crowd honorable respectful. I had good time picking my two meals. Food was excellent.
If you want to listen to mass. Try a different church Older men use it as a gossip session and you can’t hear. They were louder than everyone.have respect. I wish I could have heard the lady talking about Catholic schools week. I was brought up not to talk in church
Was there for a Women's Retreat. It was wonderful with about 75 in all. So much information as well as time to reflect on the women of the Bible.
Nice Three Manual Renaissance Allen! Matthew Jewell is very talented and I do look forward to hearing him at Masses too.
