Have been a member for almost 65 yrs Very caring, loving church. Great opportunities to volunteer and serve the city and beyond. Great music program and many small group activities.
Great people, lots of events like spaghetti dinners, pie fest, and Easter breakfast. Great music provided by the music coordinator and the bell choir or men's choir. Childcare staff really care about the kids.
This church treats their staff poorly. My father had worked at this church for many years. He always went above and beyond doing the work if 2 people because they could not keep their staff. Recently they decided to give my father a new schedule with a take it or leave it remark. He left it. They wanted him to go back to working weekend. My father is 70 years old, he loved working at the church and interacting with the kids In the day care. So much that this was his part time job from his full time job during the day. It's a dirty shame that a church of all places would treat anyone this way with no regreats or even a apology. Smh
I was there for the Sunday school Christmas program (2019). People there were very nice while I was visiting. If I was into organized religion I would consider joining this church.
Paster Jordon was best i ever heard for momd funeral.
