You need shockingly low expectations to feel okay about sending your child to one of these locations. They do the absolute bare minimum to legally qualify as child care. Leadership? Doesn’t exist. No one’s in charge, no one’s accountable, and no one seems to care. They literally have kids doing art projects on the back of old paperwork because they don’t want to “waste” clean paper. That alone tells you everything you need to know. The “meals” they provide are borderline insulting — breakfast was a single, cheap, off-brand cereal bar. That’s it. Not even an attempt at nutrition. And then there’s the incompetence — or maybe dishonesty — when it comes to how they run their programs. I asked about summer camp, was handed a flyer, and confirmed the pricing multiple times with the assistant manager, Morgan. I paid for two kids. Then I show up to drop them off and—surprise!—it’s suddenly way more expensive. Why? Because they know you’re desperate, it’s the first day of camp, and they think you’ll just cave. It’s a scam tactic, plain and simple. Bao Xiong, the so-called “manager,” is the worst offender. Watch her shrink the second a parent walks in the room — she goes quiet, avoids eye contact, acts like she’s been caught doing something she shouldn’t. She always seems irritated with the kids, like they’re an inconvenience instead of her job. Talk to her for five minutes and you’ll either catch her lying or dancing around the truth. Bottom line: do not give your money to this place. They have no business taking care of children. They need a complete overhaul before they should be allowed to call themselves a daycare.

In the beginning I thought this school was ok however not great. Sadly I over time things got worse way worse. I witnessed physical and verbal aggression to at least three children and then my child was kicked by a teacher (my child stated the teacher kicked her n other students to wake them up from nap. (That could give kids especially young children the wrong idea. Plus if a child kicks a teacher to get them to do something imagine the outcome) I did report all that I've seen n heard in hopes that the correct action is taken to STOP THIS.
