The ladies that volunteer there are very rude and they have their picks and chooses on who they want to have what. I use to be comfortable going there but they made me very uncomfortable and I haven't been back since.
Rude as heck. Got there at 10:20am and was rudely told to leave because they close at 10:30am. Was denied food.

The staff is great here, they are always pleasant and very helpful. My 5 star rating is attributable to the entire organizations eagerness to serve the community surrounding them. They have programs and services that readily alleviate many challenges that individuals and families as a whole face on a day to day basis. It is an all inclusive facility built upon Catholic principals with diversified services meeting needs on different levels.
This place is amazing an they people who works here is wonderful and if you come there doing things are not appropriate deserve consequences they are not disrespectful an out of all the years I've been coming here I have never seen or heard anyone being disrespectful to the clients they are one of the best pantries in Rockford and they serve a purpose an that's to help don't blame them if you got caught we all are grown an no right from wrong it's as simple as that now with that being said St. E employees/volunteers keep up the good work you guys are amazing an we appreciate everything you guys are doing for the community!
