Great daycare! The director was amazing at helping my kids get in and is always so helpful whenever I need something. She responds quickly too! The teachers are so sweet and helpful. My 4-year-old has a lot of separation anxiety and they handle it SO well. She also seems to really like them all. The app is awesome: getting updates on foods, naps, and pictures is so great. The teachers are really great at keeping it well updated. I would definitely recommend this particular Kindercare!

My kids have gone to this daycare for a little over 2 years now & I can say I’ve never had to worry about their needs not being met while they are in their care. My daughter has had the blessing of having Mrs. Dom in her classroom for 2 (soon to be 3) of the classrooms she has been in & she cannot wait to see her each day & is sad when she’s not there. My son also has the best teachers, Ms. Jasmine & Ms. Bailey, that treat him like their own child. ❤️ All of the staff there is amazing & makes it easy to leave your kids there knowing they will be taken care of.

EDIT: No longer giving 5 stars and if I could give them none I would. Originally when starting this daycare my son enjoyed the teacher he had at the time which was ms. jordyn. He also enjoyed the director at the time, Ms. Val. But, that quickly changed. They ended up moving him to a new class room. My son had a rough time transitioning and did have some behavioral issues. The teacher in the class Ms. Tasha was very helpful and tried to work with him on these issues. Ms. Tasha remained a constant for him but the helpers were changed out several times. The facility is understaffed which caused teachers to be moved around A LOT. My son has a rough time with change and when he would get comfortable around one teacher, they would quickly change out for another one. The teacher to student ratio is way too many. This can cause a lot of things to go unseen. I am not saying my child is innocent but there were many times my child was singled out. The director, Ms. Val, was working with my son and had him on a plan. But she then left to another building and the new director took charge. The new director was very rude and really did not care to hear my concerns. She really did not care to figure out resolutions to help my son. I was called almost everyday to pick him up and he was put on a behavioral plan. (A big reason why he was having issues was because of the constant changes, but she refused to take that into consideration.) My son no longer looked forward to going to school there and he would tell us how much he did not like it. He would cry on the way to school. I finally had enough and decided to pull him the last day they called me to pick him up. From what I hear that new director quit her job a month or two later. I learned my lesson with centers and he has not been back to one since. I personally believe that most of the teachers are there for the right reasons and do care for the children. But, the management needs some work. Also, a lot of the positive reviews on here are because they ask parents to leave positive reviews in order to potentially get a discount on a week's tuition. I know I am not the only parent that feels these same concerns. I no longer recommend this KinderCare, if you have the option and funds to attend a home daycare I would consider that option. Very grateful for the staff here. My son looks forward to seeing his teachers everyday! Special shout out to Ms. Jordan my son absolutely adores her. I love being able to be on the same page with everyone there. They are very transparent and truly want whats best for the kids! I also love the updates during the day. Knowing what hes eating and what he does throughout the day really keeps your mind at ease while at work!! 10/10 highly recommend!! THANK YOU! 🫶🏼

This facility has been nothing short of amazing. All of the workers care for the children as if they were their own. They are personal and show focused attention to each kid as an individual. My son has been here 2 years and he loves it! When Ms.Rebecca left, they hired within the facility for the assistant position, I believe that was the best fit for the center and the kids! It makes the kids feel like it’s a little family inside those doors.

As a new and first time mom, I was so hesitant about putting my baby in day care. Every nerve wrecking thought possible crossed my mind…”He’s too young”…”But what if something happens”…I was a mess. After meeting the staff I was so much more at ease. Everyone was so nice, caring, and the energy of the facility was so welcoming. Then after downloading the app that lets me see the progress of my baby’s day while I’m working was the best! My son started with KinderCare at 8months old. He loves going to see his teachers and playing with his friends. He is now 2 years old, and I plan to continue having him here.
