St Augustine Preschool & Child Care Center

If I could give zero stars, I would. My kids went here for almost two years and, at first, it was great… or so it appeared. My daughter (age 4 now) was bullied by her teacher multiple times, and another teacher put her hands on my daughter upon scolding her. That teacher was terminated after admitting what she had done. After that incident, the other teachers refused to acknowledge myself and/or my daughter upon arrival to school, creating a very unwelcoming environment. Some of them repeatedly made passive aggressive comments such as, “better watch out when scolding that child, you never know who’s going to accuse you of putting your hands on their child around here,” upon drop off and pickup. The director is nice but doesn’t do much to help when situations arise. My daughter came home with black eyes, bruises and cuts frequently from “accidents”, prior to the teacher termination after admitting to hurting my child. Ms. Shae is the only teacher I was satisfied with.

Kathy is awesome. They are always willing to work with schedules. My daughter has made great friendships as well.
