We are beyond grateful for the incredible care and attention our son receives at Springview Academy of Hialeah. From the moment we enrolled him, we've been consistently impressed with the level of professionalism, warmth, and dedication the staff provides. The environment at Springview is bright, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of space for children to explore, learn, and grow. Our son absolutely loves attending, and we can see how much he’s thriving—his social skills, creativity, and confidence have blossomed thanks to the nurturing atmosphere created by the teachers and staff. The educators here go above and beyond. They take the time to understand each child's unique needs, ensuring a personalized approach to their growth and development. We receive regular updates about his progress and feel well-informed and involved every step of the way. It's clear that Springview Academy truly cares about the well-being of its students and their families. We especially appreciate the engaging activities they provide—whether it's hands-on arts and crafts, educational games, or outdoor adventures—our son is always excited to share what he's learned each day. It's reassuring to know that not only is he safe and well-cared for, but he's also getting the best start possible in his early years. It’s been almost a year since my daughter started at this. The school is always at it’s best, always clean and very well organize. All the staff are very polite and loving. Elvia does great running. She has great heart always there to help the parent or the student. All the teachers there are great but in particular my daughter teachers Sonia and Adriana love there dedication to the students and most important to there learning. Very thankful with the school, the program, and all the staff.

Update: 12/26/24 As you can see my rating change from 5 to 2. The first few months were great. They were very attentive and I was very involved in the daycare.. Went to every meeting. Ask questions. And became very involved. Months after The school slacked on communication and I was very concerned. The miscommunication is horrible.. Months past, the doors were left open without no one at the front desk. Director son goes there and treated like a top notch compared to the rest of the kids. The director and some admin definitely have favoritism with kids and parents. They gossip at the front desk. I’ve mentioned several times of my concerns until the last moment the director Amanda was very rude and unprofessional. Not once did she ever come to me as a professional and spoke about my concerns with miscommunication and safety in that daycare. I have a group chat with several moms and they have expressed concerns about this daycare, and I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve even heard about kids getting pulled out because of the treatment. The therapists and teachers are great. I pulled my daughter out real quick due to their unprofessionalism and rudeness. if they Can talk to me, rude, and unprofessional then I won’t ever feel comfortable leaving my daughter there again. However it has nothing to do with the teachers and therapists. My daughter learned a lot and forever grateful. Even sad she had to change midway. But director needs retraining or replacement. Long review because is worth it! My daughter started this daycare a few days after I miscarried. So you can imagine the emotions I had dropping her off the first day. The staff was so welcoming and so understanding, and made me feel so comfortable. My daughter has been there since January and it has been nothing but positive things from this daycare. The staff, the teachers, even the front desk are so nice. The other parents are also amazing. Everyone is just very respectful, and the place is very clean. My daughter looks forward to going to daycare every day. It truly has been such a blessing, finding a daycare that cares for their little ones so much. I’m trying to keep her here until she’s until the end. Best part they are bilingual 😊

Best experience Ever!!! Had my 2y old daughter for a while and she loved it since day one, she was always happy and ready to go to her school. Very professional and caring staff. I highly recommend Springview Academy Hialeah for your kids. God bless the teachers and everyone in the school.

First year of my daughter going to school and i have to say this school is wonderful. The staff are very friendly. They keep the school very clean. My daughters teacher is Ms.Sonia she is amazing. My daughter has learned so much since she’s been attending the school. All the staff there are very dedicated to the kids and there learning.
