Spring Valley Baptist Church Preschool

They have an amazing preschool program here. I love the way the school is decorated and animal themed. The staff is amazing and the Christian focused learning is perfect. I highly recommend enrolling kids into their preschool program.

We have found our church home, after much searching around the Columbia area. Pastor Blake and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and keep the focus on Christ. The teaching is biblically sound and relevant to life in today's world. A big factor for us was feeling comfortable with the kids programs and safety protocols. I can leave my kiddos in their programs each Sunday confident that they are well secured and looked after by responsible adults. We decided to try out the Spring Valley Preschool and have been delighted with the staff and teachers. They form wonderful relationships with the kids, and my daughter has grown tremendously in the time she has been here. We are grateful to have found Spring Valley. It is so good to be with fellow believers who are everyday neighbors, in no way judgmental or elitist, and welcome all with open arms hearts and minds.

Spring Valley Baptist is the most welcoming and genuine church I have ever been a part of. The staff is kind and helpful and the preaching is straight from the Bible. Everyone is there to learn and grow more in their faith. The preschool is also wonderful. I have sent both of my children there and they have loved every second. The teachers and staff are truly focused on the kids and pointing them to Jesus.

We are incredibly grateful for our experience at SVBC. Pastor Blake is a down-to-earth, relatable leader who consistently keeps Jesus at the center of everything. His teachings are always focused on prayer, the love of Jesus, the call to love our neighbors as ourselves, and the Gospel is shared every Sunday. His heart for Jesus Christ and His people is evident every Sunday. One of the most significant reasons we decided to come to SVBC was the Preschool, which is led by Mrs. Katie. Both of our daughters have attended, and we have been so blessed by the loving, Christ-centered environment. The Teacher of the Year, and the most godly woman I know, my wife Kari works there, and it’s clear that she and the staff have a deep love for the children and a passion for their spiritual growth. Our kids also love the children’s ministry, which is run by Mrs. Allison, along with long-time workers Mrs. Kathy and Mrs. Cindy. Our children are not only excited to go every week, but they are also growing in their walk with the Lord, which is an answer to prayer. The people in our life group have been one of the biggest reasons we continue to come back to SVBC. Their genuine love for God and others shines through in every interaction. Their authenticity, care, and kindness have created a welcoming space for us, where we feel supported and encouraged in our walk with Jesus. Our life group leaders have also been an amazing source of inspiration. The teaching and discussions each week are truly impactful, and the way they open their home for gatherings like our Christmas party speaks volumes about their heart for hospitality and community. They lead with authenticity and a deep love for God, which overflows into how they care for each of us. We are so thankful for their intentional leadership and the way they consistently point us to Christ. SVBC has truly become our home, and we are beyond blessed to be part of such a Christ-centered community.

Friendly, good teaching, and space for all ages to grow and learn! The choir and music is phenomenal and always glad for new participants! Great life groups for relationships and support throughout the week! Pastor Blake is super too!
