WDS preschool at FUMC was one of our favorite parts about living in Columbia! Run with heart by people who love littles. They use brightwheel app for communication and fees. You get updates on potty, meals, “incidents”, and occasional photos of yours on the playground, doing crafts, birthday celebrations, etc. we’re so glad we chose this place ❤️!

Fabulous youth programs. Small but growing children's programs. Mission oriented to share the transforming love of Jesus. Many Bible study groups available.
Columbia First has provided me so much opportunity for spiritual growth. The relationships I’ve developed and the love I’ve experienced has been so awesome. I went from not attending anywhere to looking for a church home in a smaller church. God kept bringing me back here. I’ve been here over 10 years now. I welcome anyone to join me. 😃🙏🏼
A historic church in downtown that offers three Sunday morning services, 2 traditional and 1 contemporary, as well as Sunday school classes for ages 3 to 103. Wednesday night study groups are also available as well as seasonal events and community outreach programs. Parking can be rough, though as with most places downtown.
Very friendly church.. Makes everyone feel welcome. I haven’t found other churches to be so friendly, so I drive an hour each way on Sunday morning.
