We have been going to Spirit of Joy for 17 years. Such amazing community, I have always felt welcomed and included. The youth group is amazing and has given my children a place to feel themselves and share there daily struggles with our pastor. There are so many outreach events to the community. There is something for every age here. The pastor sermons are funny and make you walk away with a full heart !
I’m not a member nor do I live in Florida but just wanted to say how much of a blessing your Luther According to Kids video on YouTube is. We watch it every October 31 and I even share it with other moms in our homeschool cooperative because they’re impressed with my now 8 yo daughters knowledge of the reformation. Been here few times. Service is great. Not only do they have service but..... They also give bikes to the homeless on SATs of the beginning of the month(I think)( u can always call and ask)they also give volunteer at Saritan Resource Center to help the homeless
Had visited this church a few times and enjoyed it. Decided to volunteer. Reached out to the contact given, received a nasty email back stating he did not know who i was therefore to look for him during service. I was insulted by disgusting way i was responded back. Never again did i or will i return to this type of facility
Just started back at this church because I moved back in town. Love the service and the pastor is awesome very upbeat. Definitely returning
