Great daycare the staff is so great and friendly! We were in a jam on having another daycare(very close by) back out last minute and Gail stepped up and presented some solutions and made it work for us. We couldn’t be more happy to have spend the last 18 months with them. All the the staff treat the kids so great and are so happy to see them in the mornings. They really care about the kids and love them and love them. Our son is progressing so well in terms of speaking and motor skills. We enjoy the weekly themes and artwork that gets sent home. Thanks BB team!!

Our daughter attended Bright Beginnings until she was 2.5 years old. She started at four months, so was always at the Brentwood center. She absolutely LOVED attending daycare and adored her teachers and friends. She has several significant food allergies and the staff was always so thoughtful and communicative re: all classroom activities and parties. We always felt comfortable sending her. We moved out of state, and Bright Beginnings is absolutely one of the things we miss most about St. Louis. We’d highly recommend this daycare!

My children have attended Bright Beginnings for 3 years. We have nothing but positive things to say about the care they receive there. Their teachers are so caring and have taught them so much. There has been very little staff turnover which I understand is rare for daycares. There is a great curriculum and a schedule in place.

This is the worst daycare ever! They yell, curse, and hit at your kids, don’t feed your kids, kissing all over the kids, have a lot of bugs, show a lot of favoritism to the kids as well and the staffs are very rude. One worker name Amy is lazy tell parents not to bring babies in a car seat because of her “ back “ let babies cry for hours til they’re turning red and purple. She spends her whole shift in the kitchen doing nothing and lie to parents about they’re kids eating and having a good day especially on the app. She also don’t wipe the babies correctly and loves to sit down and be on her phone while complaining the whole day. This daycare is very dysfunctional and not professional at all. It stinks in there always cold and plus in the baby room they give other babies pacifier to use which is cross contamination GERMS ! Highly not recommended and they are not all sweet people as you think coming from a worker that used to work there and been accused wrongly !

I paid a lump sum of 6 months in advance and my situation changed and I was refunded all my money within 30 days of notice, I know there are some reviews about the financial part of the business so I wanted to share my positive experience. The staff was always positive and pleasant to deal with. I cannot rate the childcare as my situation changed and we ultimately didn’t attend.
