Speer Ymca Preschool Academy

My daughter attends Speer YMCA Preschool, and I couldn’t be happier with the programs and activities they provide. The teachers truly care about each child and create a warm, welcoming environment that feels like family. I really appreciate how they balance structured learning with fun, creative play — my daughter is always excited to tell me about what she learned and the projects they worked on. The curriculum encourages social, emotional, and academic growth, and I’ve seen such a positive change in her confidence and communication skills. The staff keeps parents informed and involved, which makes me feel comfortable knowing she’s in great hands every day. Overall, I love the combination of nurturing care, engaging activities, and the YMCA values they teach. Speer YMCA Preschool has been a wonderful foundation for my daughter’s early learning journey, and I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a supportive and enriching preschool program

I absolutely LOVE this preschool! The director and staff are AMAZING and really keep my child's best interests at heart... the passion and effort that is put in to prepare the kids for Elementary school is UNMATCHED! My child has been here for two years and will continue all the way through VPK with no regrets!! Thank you Speer YMCA Preschool Academy for giving our baby the BEST start in education that we could've ever imagined!

I have so many good memories of Speer’s YMCA that I don’t know where to start. Well let me start by saying Speer’s is Pre-K school where everyone is involved in making sure that your child gets the best learning experience possible. From the moment you walk in the front door your child’s learning begins. There was daily quotes or good knowledge information written on the board for you to read with your child and talk about later with him or her. Homework for them to do so that they are prepared for the big K (kindergarten) when they get to that point. I can truly say that being apart of Speer’s have transformed my little one into being the best little guy he could be. He knew every teacher there and loved the all. He even knew the cafeteria staff. It was like he had his own personal family at school. I tilt my hat to the entire staff at Speer’s YMCA Academy. Thank you all for loving what you do. It truly shows daily in our children learning and life after Speer’s YMCA Academy. We are going to miss seeing you all and having our morning reading when we enter the front area.😘❤️

Finally a preschool I can feel proud to say my son attends. Everything about Speer is top tier. Grateful for everything this school has bestowed upon my son and I since we’ve enrolled.

It’s an amazing school with great employees. I’ve been a parent for over 10 years and the staff is wonderful. I will recommend them to anyone needing childcare.
