Owner is very rude lacks empathy kids are 5 years old I wish I can upload the conversation we had over the phone and how she was yelling and screaming like she’s some one parent . All she cares about is making her money nothing else , teachers can’t handle kids having bad days without crying and being over whelmed owner suspending kids for almost a week then still want to be paid. Susan Gallagher shouldn’t be owning a daycare you don’t do it for the love you do it for thence for kids and money
I am so grateful that we found this daycare. My son has had excellent care in the formative first year of his life. We loved his teachers, especially Ms. Karen. The directors, Susan and Brittany are actively involved. Facilities clean and safe. We received prompt feedback about any events or questions. Lots of photos and daily reports. Any concerns were immediately addressed. Thank you!
I entrusted my son to this center from when he was a few months old until he was two years old. During this time, as a Hispanic family, we encountered many situations with his director. She is the most pedantic person, lacking empathy, and disrespectful. She feels superior just because she is the owner of her business, she has no professionalism at all. She cares more about her business money than about the well-being of the children or parents, at least we as a family feel that way. Once my son needed the services of Birth to 3, the director looked for the slightest excuse (making a serious accusation that I filled out a document that was illegal, the same document that they were supposed to give me filled out) so that I could make the decision on my own to take my child out of the center, so you will not have support if your child needs special care at some point, since it will be a burden for the owner of the daycare. This only star goes to the center's teachers, who I do thank for their sincere interest in my son, but I don't even want to imagine the day to day they spend with this despotic director, since if this behavior is with the parents which will be with your employees. Don't send your kids here! This center will not be the best for them.
Great daycare. The teachers and staff are amazing. The facilities are very good, well kept and clean. My daughter loves it there, highly recommend
