My son went to Naugatuck Daycare almost 16 years ago and now my daughter, that is 3 also attends. They are extremely professional, in my opinion, over all of these years of using their services. I would recommend to anyone looking to definitely check them out. I love getting all the “homemade” gifts and projects that my daughter brings home. It is one of my favorite parts !
i had a GREAT phone call. the woman explained everything in detail and i was so happy i called for more info after an abundance of positive feedback from locals about this daycare. although seeing this place had a bad star here i had to read why and was shocked someone who bash and threaten a businesses reputation over a simple phone call, esp since theres 3 sides to every story. did u call during drop off/pick up? naptime? maybe they were dealing with a sick child? u should consider if someone left you negative feedback at your job everytime you arent 100 satifactory- for noone is perfect. regardless, i cant wait to check the place out!
Extremely unprofessional. The representative who answered the phone had a horrible attitude. I would never send my children there.
