Spanish Schoolhouse - Fort Worth

We truly love Spanish Schoolhouse Fort Worth. We originally started with two days a week the first year, but after seeing how much our child was growing, we moved her to three full days by the next year. The difference we’ve seen has been amazing. She started when she was about 18 months old, and since then she’s learned so much—counting, recognizing colors and shapes, speaking and understanding Spanish, coloring with purpose, and even eating more independently. But beyond the skills, her confidence has grown, and that means everything to us. What really makes this school special is the teachers. I feel completely comfortable leaving my child there, the same way I would leaving her with a trusted tía, abuela, or hermana. The care feels genuine—not forced or “just doing their job.” You can tell they truly care about the kids and take pride in what they do. It’s also clear how much work they put in outside of class time. They hand-make so many of the projects, and you can see the thought behind them. For the Christmas program, the teachers didn’t just help the kids practice their dances—they performed one themselves, which clearly took extra time and effort. On top of that, the teachers gave the kids gifts this year, which was completely unnecessary but incredibly thoughtful. Yes, I could do some of these projects at home, but that’s not the point. The activities aren’t just “busy work.” They’re fun and intentional, and you can tell the kids are learning while enjoying themselves. We plan on keeping our child here until she’s five because we genuinely feel she’ll be well prepared for kindergarten. Spanish Schoolhouse Fort Worth has become more than just a school to us—it feels like a second family, and we’re so grateful for the care they give our child.

We love Spanish Schoolhouse! Our 4 year old daughter has learned so much in her time here. The teachers and staff are so wonderful and caring! We are welcomed with big smiles every morning. They are also extremely communicative about all things - learning topics, how she is doing, when there are challenging moments. We couldn’t be happier and wish she could stay as she grows up! We’ll be bringing our second child as soon as he’s old enough.

As a mom, leaving your baby somewhere for the first time is extremely difficult. SSH made that transition easy. From the moment we walked in, I knew this was the school I wanted my son to attend. You can truly feel the love and warmth all of the teachers have for the children. My son comes home with daily activities, and they do such a wonderful job teaching, but most importantly, they provide the care and nurturing you want for your little one. If you’re looking for a school where your child can learn, grow, play, and truly thrive, all while receiving individualized care and attention, this is the place! I cannot recommend SSH enough!
