I visited the advising office last week once again. but something was very different about my visit this time. BRANDI BRADLEY was great. She helped me a lot, she explained the difference in 2 majors I was interested in. Radiology and Radiography. She assisted me so much I always leave with so much confusion but not this time. Brandi even assisted me with enrolling in my summer classes while I was doing my spring. She is a breath of fresh air to Southwest. She should be running this school, I’ll be in again to visit you MS BRADLEY. visit her!

Is this a real school? A journalist seriously needs to investigate Southwest for fraud. I would almost guarantee there is quite a story to uncover. Good luck getting help from anyone over the phone. You call financial aid — they send you to admissions. Admissions can’t help you with an admissions related question, so they send you to records. THEN NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. You call the admissions number and somehow someone from records answers, BUT THEY CAN’T HELP YOU EITHER. WHAT IS THIS SCHOOL? WHO IS TRAINING THE STAFF HERE? WHY DOES NO ONE ANSWER HALF THE TIME, AND WHEN SOMEONE DOES ANSWER, THEY IMMEDIATELY TRANSFER YOU TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT THAT MAY OR MAY NOT EVEN ANSWER??? Oh, and not to mention my advisor that gave me a class unrelated to my major!!! I got an email saying I’d have to pay out of pocket for it. And when I was admitted, I did not get an email notifying me UNTIL CLASSES ALREADY STARTED!!!! SOMEONE PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS SCHOOL.

you are self taught. teachers don't want to teach. no power points, no lecture. if I stayed in the MS area that would be my first choice in the funeral industry. we are half taught, teacher don't give recommendations for the student. being new in this industry is a hassle. I wont advise any funeral students to attend southwest it is NOT your best choice

I have been calling the school for 3 weeks. And I can't ever get someone who can give me information about a plc programming class. Either they don't know what plc means, or they just don't care. I keep getting told we will call you back and they never do. The last person I spoke with was Ms Raven. And she lied about calling me back bethe end of the day. If you don't know your job, just say that. Don't keep stringing people along. Just sad. I'm looking for a school that knows what's going on and I truly believe that southwest is just a joke in the administration office.
