I usually don’t post reviews, but I will today. I tried to give this place a chance, but they highly disappointed me after a family referral. I terminated my services after 2 days when my 1 year old came home with an unexplained knot on his forehead. I showed pictures to the director who acted as if she couldn’t see the injury. She apparently asked the teachers about the incident, but they stated they did not witness anything that happened, which raised a bigger concern regarding safety and supervision. I discussed concerns around a teacher feeding my baby doritos from her personal lunch, but the director stated maybe I misheard the teacher telling me she shared her lunch with my baby, as if I was the one mistaken. For a place that’s been in “business” for 21 years, I highly suggest cameras instead of an app to help parents better track their children, prevent unexplained incidents, and avoid “your word against mine” situations. Sadly, I do not recommend this center.
Ms. Mayweather and her team are great! My LO wasn't there long but the little time spent made a great impact. I will definitely recommend. Not all about the bells and whistles but more importantly, when you child is smiling getting out the car and upon check out, that means they are happy!
I really do love and appreciate Red Robin Academy. My kids learn new things and they are excited when they go and come home. Most importantly the staff is always nice and understanding they take care of my kids like they’ll do their own. Please if you need any good daycare or prek program (pre k students are out of uniform also) where they will listen don’t hesistate to check out this amazing place!
Tried to give this place a chance before rating, but after having words with the very unprofessional Assistant Director (face, got called sweetie and everything) I am not sure. All about a parking policy that she says was discussed at orientation which I did not get the luxury of attending since my son has only attended a week due to their coordinators error in my phone number (assumed my area code was 901 instead of reading my application) and him being removed from the roaster and then readded. Not the best smell or look as far as the building goes already. Will definitely be speaking to the director regarding this and searching for other options.
