We absolutely LOVE this place! All the women are like second moms to my children! I honestly wouldn’t leave my infant with anyone other than Benita and Lexi!! Kim and Britt helped us get through the terrible 2’s with our oldest! Don’t know what I would do without these women!!!!

Place is ran horribly and the undertrained staff allows sick kids to stay on site. We had our infant here for 2 weeks before pulling him, only thing we got from Southfield is an erroneous DCF report and an ER visit because of the flu. Laura Kraft is a manipulative director that threatened to sue us for 570 dollars because we didn't feel we should pay for 3 weeks that our kid wasn't there. Run away, don't let the shiny building fool you.
