My daughter has gone here almost 2 years now. She loves it! I love it! The staff are amazing, the director is fantastic at her job and her practices. I recommend this daycare as many time as I can. Very consistent schedule, consistent care, consistent routine. Sug also has many opportunities for the kids during the year, such as petting zoos and other opportunities and occasions where the parents and family can come and enjoy the fun! I wouldn’t want my daughter anyplace else as she is so attached to this daycare and her set routine is great.

My children have been going since December 2023. I really liked this daycare at first, until the point one of my daughters didn't want to attend anymore because "I just cry, my friends make me cry" 2 months later we then were told that none of our kids can attend the daycare anymore- after requesting for a note so that we can send it to the state they told us that they would have it mailed to us. I was never called for a discussion before a decision was made. Very poor communication.I'm so frustrated that I had no notice and am running around trying to find last minute child care.

I called this place to get information about possible having my son there. The person who answered the phone was not professional or welcoming at all. I introduced myself and Asked if she has time to answer some questions I have. She said I can try l. I asked how much it would cost to put my son for 4 days and before I finished she replied. I charge for the whole week I said ok and how much that would be and she gave me the amount. I asked if they provide meals and again before I finished my sentence she said yes. I was still trying to finish and said or do I have to pack him a lunch she said I'm sorry you asked if we provide meals and I said yes, you don't have to bring anything expect diapers. She was very short with the call and didn't provide information about if they give snacks breakfast. She didn't even leave a space for me to get more information because she had a very unprofessional tone. I definitely would not trust putting my child there if they couldn't handle a call with good customer service. How they gonna handle active children???? I hope the owner of this place sees this and re consider who they hire for taking calls. I didn't get a good feeling about it and would not consider this place ever again. Very unprofessional and have 0 customer service skills

I had my kids here for a while and a lot of the staff seem great but fro the very beginning shug seemed to have an issue with me and an attitude I felt like it was because I’m white and my children are mixed she talked to me very rude and condescending, but I pushed it to the side thinking that maybe it was just me reading into things unfortunately it was not. She is very prejudiced against white women who have black children or mixed children and has lots of her own opinions about them. It’s very clear and how she talks to people or should I say talks down to people she’s not warm, inviting or professional in anyway cannot believe that a woman like this is around children let alone families truly a disservice to our community any positive that this daycare would have is immediately outweigh by the negative impact this woman has truly disappointing and horrible to see such nasty treatment in this day and age. I would love to say that I am the only person I know that has felt this way and that maybe I was over exaggerating or taking something personal but unfortunately, I have known about four different people now who have experience the same exact thing as me with Shug. please do not support this type of behavior. Our community needs better. do yourself a favor and your child and skip over this place completely

When I accidentally came here instead of another daycare near by for my job, I was treated very poorly and talked down to. Would not recommend.
