While I do have a more recent bias to the company, my child attended here long before that time. She had attended the program from the time she was one and left only to start Kindergarten. She started Kindergarten well advanced of her classmates and continues to be. While there are instances where some staff members fail to teach and come on claiming they will and then get upset when it is not simply a babysitting job. As a client and now invested from the other side, I can honestly say that the owner is very dedicated to the business and the children that it serves. The program has families that have continued to place additional children here - because the program is good. Many of the teachers are amazing and very dedicated. Unfortunately, in any business, you will have bad apples and while you have to give them the opportunity to succeed or fail, often that is blamed on the Director or other teachers because they are entitled and those who do place so much effort into the children are made to look as if they have done something wrong by those who don't want to. The Director does require teaching. He does require cleaning. He requires standards be followed. Personally, I prefer this when the safety and health of my child is at hand. The facility very clean, extra staff is detailed to cleaning daily. The staff is committed to the children and their well-being. The Director is very dedicated to the children, the facility, and the staff. Unfortunately, when someone fails to meet expectations, they do tend to make false complaints and that reflects negatively on the Director and the staff, when in fact, it is the character of the individual in their malicious and unprofessional behavior that has been removed from a kind and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend this center. All places have their quirks, I personally prefer that my most precious asset be taken care of at a place that is more concerned for her well-being versus saving face over the false and malicious nature of individuals who can't take responsibility for themselves. I appreciate the amazing staff here and all of their hard work.

As a former employee and mother to a student I do not recommend this establishment it is absolutely horrible. My child was lactose intolerant as well has an allergy to blueberries it was not labeled anywhere of her allergies nobody had any idea even though her allergy was written in the emergency care book her teacher gave her blueberries when teachers are not supposed to give students personal food and I had to rush luckily I was there working to give her Benadryl to stop the allergic reaction there have been multiple times where she was hurt no incident report was written up and nobody knew what happened One case involved blood Rodney wants his place ran like a military Academy when you cannot do so with the classroom filled with two and three-year-olds as well as younger classrooms the activities that they have are not appropriate for the age groups they make you pay an extra hundred dollar charge for "a curriculum "but it is never really used I do not feel as if this is a safe establishment except for a few teachers that genuinely like their job and pay attention to the children as far as the people in the office it doesn't matter the degrees training and certificates that they have they were not properly trained how to Run A business and take care of children they treat everybody like trash there have been multiple incidences with children when parents were not properly informed. There have been multiple times when my daughters items had gone missing and her teacher informed me that she was just using that amount of diapers even though it did not add up with the amount of changes. Rodney is extremely unorganized. This place Is not a good environment for children teachers are in and out like revolving doors there is no stability. The people in the office are extremely fake to parents. For the amount they charge you would think it would have more to offer. I would not trust to leave my child at this establishment if I did not work here. As a former employee I felt disrespected on a daily basis they see you struggling in class rooms but do not come in and help they state they are very busy in the class room and yet it takes 3-4 days for them to return a call or email. The level of stress in the establishment is overwhelmingly unnecessary. They make you pay out of pocket for most items for your class room and never compensate you you are left out of ratio multiple times a day. Rodney is hardly ever there.
