I first off want to say that Mrs. April is the best. If it won’t for her my baby wouldn’t even come to Smiles and Giggles. As far as the financials they have being inputting the incorrect payments amounts. They will put that I paid less than what I paid and then say my daughter can’t come to daycare. I pulled her because it’s too much trying to find a daycare at the last minute. It’s stressful. I do not have faith they are doing the right thing. They are fraudulent. It will also be last minute closers for a Friday off. I wouldn’t take my child there and if you do keep every receipt. I have never missed a payment. I’m so upset now I have to find another childcare program. Don’t trust them. They will never let you speak to the accountant or owner and every since Mrs Yolanda left the new director Mrs Kesia lacks leadership skills and is a yes ma’am instead doing the right thing. She doesn’t communicate well. They need someone to come in and review their financials.

My infant son attends Smiles and Giggles Learning Center. My family enjoy the teachers, environment and facility. My son loves his teacher and the other staff at the center and they love him as well. They are always attentive to my problems and my child’s needs. The always keep me in the loop on what my child needs everyday. When my child was out for a week they called and checked on us. Whenever I have questions and concerns the director has reassure and kept me informed. The director loves and goes out her way to make sure that every child and family is confortable. She has personally helped out family in hard times be it just with an encouraging word or checking on us. Smiles and Giggles in my opinion Is a quality childcare and strives everyday to increase their quality. Thanks S and G for all you do!

Smiles and giggles is by far the best thing I was able to do for my kids. My older daughter becomes smarter every day with identifying her numbers and letters. My younger daughter since she’s been going has started talking more. Now not everything she says I can understand but she’s talking a lot better. My son is the youngest but he loves everyone and loves being around all the children. The staff has become to love my children and they love them as welled I appreciate all that u all do Smiles and giggles! Keep it up

My children (ages 5, 2 and 10months) attend S&G and they love it! They look forward to seeing Ms Camry and their friends. The staff there are nurturing to the children and the center is always dity. The toddlers’ area has many toys to play with and books to read. The infant room is well lit, every baby has his/her own cubby to keep their belongings and the staff alerts me when I need bring in diapers, wipes, change of clothes, etc. The older children enjoy the field trips and when the weather permits they are taken out to play in the play area. Although other parents have had negative experiences here I consider this center to be up to par with others that are much more expensive like La Petit. I believe that no one is going to watch your children better than you can but S&G comes pretty close!

I called to get information on enrollment for my 22 month old and the director treated me like I was asking to many questions and getting on her nerves. I was inquiring about their sanitary and disinfectant system and being able to bring my baby to visit before signing up and she said she couldn’t understand what I was asking. First of all you are getting paid for a service and first impression is everything. Especially when it comes to peoples children. Covid-19’s real and it is absolutely scary when you have infants that cannot wear masks or protect themselves. Your job as a childcare provider is to emphatically show you understand and have families best interest and safety in mind. For the tone and unprofessional behavior I don’t recommend this daycare!
